In this section you can send an appeal to the Federal Customs Service and customs authorities in electronic form. Please carefully read the following procedures of an appeal consideration.

Please note that, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the appeals of citizens must be written in Russian. You can use online translator.

Information about personal data on the authors of appeals sent in electronic form is stored and processed in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation on personal data.

We would like to draw the applicants' attention to the fact that control over compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements under COVID-19, as well as the crossing of the state border of the Russian Federation by individuals (except for issues of imposing bans on entry into the Russian Federation) is not within the jurisdiction of the Federal Customs Service and customs authorities in general. On these issues it is necessary to contact Rospotrebnadzor and the Border Service of the Federal Security Service of Russia.

Text of application

Under Part 1 of Article 7 of the Federal Law No. 59-ФЗ dated May 2, 2006 “On Procedure of Consideration of Public Appeals in the Russian Federation”, a citizen must describe the matter of their suggestion, application, or complant.

Please note that it is advised to specify the address, where the action or event took place, in your appeal in order to ensure our impartial and thorough consideration.

Should the text of your appeal fail to define the matter of your suggestion, application, or complaint, the appeal is not to be responded to or sent for consideration of the state government body, local government body, or official in accordance with their area of expertise, which you will be informed about within seven (7) days following the registration of your appeal.

If necessary to support your arguments, you may attach the necessary documents and materials to your appeal in electronic form, using the "Attach document" function. Please note that the documents and materials attached in the format offered on the site only confirm the essence of your proposal, application or complaint. We inform you that transmission of file(s) of an attachment to the mail server depends on the user's Internet bandwidth, and receipt - on the volume of the transmitted files processed by the mail server.

The file(s) with the total size:
  • up to 5 Mb is (are) transmitted and processed, as a rule, without a time delay;
  • from 5 MB to 10 MB can be transmitted and processed with a time delay;
  • over 10 MB cannot be transmitted or processed.

Acceptable file format: doc, docx, pdf, gif, bmp, jpg, png, rtf, zip. Maximum file size 10 MB. Please note that a line with the name(s) of the file(s) you selected will appear to confirm the attachment of the attachment file(s).

If sending of the appeal in electronic form is successful, there is an information message confirming the fact of sending your letter.
